By accessing or using the Stridesole website, placing an order, or creating content on our site, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, and the “Last updated” date above will reflect the latest revision.

All prices are listed in US dollars and include applicable discounts but exclude taxes and shipping unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel orders placed at an incorrect price.

An order is accepted only when we send a shipping confirmation. We may limit quantities or refuse orders at our discretion, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers.

We accept major credit and debit cards. By submitting payment information, you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method. Payment is charged when your order ships.

Standard shipping is free on all US orders and typically arrives in 4–6 business days. Express shipping arrives in 1–2 business days for an additional fee. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Risk of loss passes to you when the package is delivered to the carrier. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us and we will help you file a claim or send a replacement.

You may return unworn or lightly worn shoes within 60 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Our 60-day trial means you can run in them; if they do not work for you, send them back.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive your return. Final-sale items are not eligible for return.

Stridesole shoes are warranted against manufacturing defects for one year from purchase. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage from improper care.

When you post a comment, review, or other content, you grant Stridesole a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display it on our site. You are responsible for what you post.

Do not post content that is unlawful, harassing, misleading, or infringes on the rights of others. We may remove any content and restrict access to users who violate these rules.

All content on this site, including logos, product designs, photographs, and articles, is owned by Stridesole or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy or reuse it without permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stridesole is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

Running carries inherent risks. Training advice on our blog is for general information only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice.

We collect and use personal information only as needed to process orders, improve our services, and communicate with you. We never sell your personal data.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Multnomah County, Oregon.
